The primary goal of Westland Developers, Inc. is to build single and multiple family
residences at an affordable cost using quality materials. You see, our overhead is
much less than the average builder, but our quality and standards are superior. We
have carefully studied over a period of years how the industry is making drastic
changes in the methods of how they structure and build homes. Technology and
